CONCEPT
KEYS&BRICKS is made at the Nishioka Kawamura Sake Distillery holding over a history of 100 years in Fukui prefecture. Koshikidanicho where the distillery is located is a land blessed with extremely rich natural environment, and the water used is drawn from melted ice that flows slowly into the cool and clear underground of 15m below. These blessings of the amazing nature nurtured by the rich natural environment meets the distiller’s superb skills. The flowing unlimited love for such skills is what gave birth to KEYS&BRICKS.
